Ruby looked up at the sun through her over large J-Lo style glasses, it was bright and felt warm on her body, she smiled, the field was a great place to be in this weather when you had a little bit of free time and just didnt fancy going down to the beach. She was at the back and far away from any soccer games or groups that may fight to protect her neat baby bump.
She was layed down on the grass with her head slightly propped up by her rolled up jacket. She had qhite three quaters on and some pink sparkly flip-flops, Her top halter neck and tighter around the chest area but then flared out a little across the stomach, however she had it rolled up slightly. Just enough so that the bump was in the sun, of course she had sun cream on it, but a lightly tanned bump would lookl good she had decided.
Closing her eyes again and just laying there day dreaming about her future and what was going to happen, she soaked up the sun. She wriggled a little to get herself comfy again, something she had to do whenever she felt the baby move slightly. Today had been a good day, there was no morning sickness either for the first time in a while. She was enjoying the second trimester a lot.

Mecardo stumbled out across the field. After a while of rehab, and no drugs, it was as if everything had a new beauty, yet still had trapped inside of it the beauty which it had when he was on drugs. It was as if he had two point of views, and two ideas about things. And they were both unique, fresh and both new. But both different yet the same in a sense. Mecardo blinked once and then twice as he scanned the grounds.
His eyes set upon Ruby and he wandered towards her. He had a new weight, a more fulfilling one. It was no longer the thinness of a druggie, but yet it was still thin. He just didn't look ill now. He felt more confident with his new build. But that's what drugs did for you.
"Hey," he smiled down to Ruby as he took a seat down next to her. "I haven't seen you in a while." he said gently. He wasn't going to judge her. He wasn't going to think anything of her. It was as if she was a new person to him. Everyone was new now.

Rubys eyes flicked open when she heard the voice of Mecardo, it sounded different though she had heard about him going to rehab and it had been a while since they had spoken any way. She sat up so she could see him better and it would be easier to talk, she took of her sunglasses. Wow he looked different, hotter actually.
gently she spun so she was sat facing him "Hey you, wow you look awesome now" she complimented him with a big grin on her face, Her voice was different to, it was an honest voice not her old fake voice she used. Ruby had changed quite a bit herself since getting pregnant and she was a better person.
"Yer I know it's been like forever" she smirked and gave him a small hug, she always did it to her friends she looked at him again taking the new far more handsome Mecardo in. "so how are you now?" she asked genuinly interested. She covered her bump up again with her top.

"Like I didn't before?" Mecardo joked. He didn't like compliments that much. He felt as though he shouldn't be given them because of what he done. He'd awake late in the night now, tears stricken across his eyes, as the continious nighmares of dirty old men and his previous money deals haunted him. He wanted to hide in the nights. It was as if on the nights, the memories came back. So for what he'd done, and to those who he'd dealed to, he didn't believe he deserved compliments.
Mecardo returned he hug. He didn't know why she was giving him one. Afterall, he didn't really know her well, but he returned it. "I'm as good as ever. I'm, I dunno, changed but still the same. It's wierd, I'm like myself and another myself. I probably sound skitzophrenic, I think," he shrugged with a small laugh. "What about you? How are you doing? I must admit, you look awfully fresher but it's possibly just one of the Mecardo Jinks' noticising something that the other Mecardo Jinks didn't notice before." he smiled.

Ruby laughed "Nah you looked ok before but you know now you look prety darn awesome" she smirked at him and rubbed her belly a little as the baby squirmed around inside her, which was a little annoying. Why was she giving Mecardo compliments, he probably thought she was some sort of weird freak. Or maybe she herself thought she was weird because she was actually being nice.
Slowly she shook her head "Well aslong as your better or doing better or however its put then thats the only thing that really matters yano" she smiled at him. "Me.. hmm actually I am doing pretty good and things are fine really. Who knew that being pregnant would have this many benefits, I mean now I aint just Ruby the bitchy slut, or at least I feel that I am changing away from the person I used to be which is a good thing to be honest. I want to be a kind person and a good mother yano. Another thing i have layed of using so much foundation" she smirked a little bit. He was being sweet giving her compliments though, most people stared at her and laughed now a days.
