Desperately Seeking <IVAN> « Thread Started on Jul 8, 2007, 9:51pm »
Logan sat on the wall, her legs folded, and a smile clasp on her face for once as she looked down at the perfectly pretty diamond ring on her finger. She flicked her unusually dark hair with blonde streaks in it, behind her ear. She'd just had it done, but she wasn't sure about the new colours. She wore a short pair of black shorts and a long white vest with capped sleeves. 3/4 length boots were on her feet and an over the shoulder black pouch bag.
Inside it she had a cd- a present for Ivan. A mix tape. She had been bored the night previous, and her mind couldn't stop thinking about him. She wasn't able to see him, but she had wanted to so badly. Her father had took a turn for the worst and he was lucky to have survived the night. She couldn't sleep, her mind ticking over everything that was going on. She'd tried to call him several times but for some reason he hadn't answered. And now Logan waited outside of school to find him. He was bound to come in.
It had been a few days since she had seen him and she pained for him. She hadn't quite realised just how much she loved him until they were apart.
Jason was away, and Ivan finally had his life back. School was out, and that meant graduation, and that was a little scary to Ivan. He was going to get his life sorted out with Logan and stuff, and then worry about college. College could always wait. He wanted to go, but it could wait until he was ready. Maybe he could travel a little, first. Take Logan, see the world. It was so appealing, especially because he wanted to do everything and anything with her. They had had a lot of problems with their last relationship, but Ivan truly believed that they could make this work.
Ivan had his hands shoved into the pocket of his Abercrombie & Fitch hoodie, making his way towards the entrance. He had been in the shower when Logan had called, but decided to go out and find her. When he passed by the entrance and saw her sitting there, a smile spread on his face. "Hey babe." He sat down next to her, feeling the jewelery box in his pocket, smiling. He kissed the side of her face gently, sitting down on the same step as her. "How are you?"
Logan jumped up as she saw Ivan appear. She slipped to the edge of the step, and wrapped her arms around his neck, as he kissed her face. “Hey sweetie. I’ve missed you.” She smiled, as she kissed him forcefully on the lips. “I couldn’t stop thinking about you. All night, so I made you something…” She stated blushing. “Remember when you rescued me, and you drove me home, and you played that song…” She grinned, pulling the cd from her bag, “Here,” She handed him the Cd, “It’s got songs on that remind me of you… and one I wrote.” She smiled. Kissing his cheek. “How are you? You’ve been missing for days.” She sighed, resting her head on his shoulder.
“You’ve not even said anything… I’ve went from blonde to brown hair… you didn’t even notice.” She looked at him through her saddened brown eyes. She’d been thinking deeply about her and Ivan, and now they were leaving school, she wondered what would happen. Sure Ivan wanted to go to college, but Logan didn’t know what she wanted to do, she’d always wanted to go to art college but with things that were happening with her father, she wasn’t sure. “Ivan… what’s gonna happen?” She asked pouting. “I’m gonna have to start looking for somewhere to live.” She rolled her eyes, “Maybe you could help me?” She asked curiously, wondering if she’d end up living with Ivan.
Ivan grinned at the site of Logan, kissing her gently as she jumped up and wrapped her arms around his neck. Wrapping his arms around her waist, he smiled, grinning ear-to-ear. He kissed her back, loving how forceful she could be. He listened to her words, wondering what she could be talking about. "I missed you too, babe. And yes, I remember the song." He smiled, remembering that fateful day that the gods had made their worlds clash.
"You didn't give me a chance to notice it! I love it!" He smiled, kissing her once more, giving her body a squeeze, placing his hands on her hips. He listened to what he had to say and rubbed his lips together. "Logan...I know that you have another year left to go to school, and I was thinking that..." He breathed. "Maybe this summer we could travel, and in the fall I could come back to New York with you, and, and, we could buy our own place. And I'll stay with you till we both graduate. Does that sound alright?" He murmured in her ear.
Logan smiled, “I think you’ll like this cd.” She cooed, as her fingers become entwined in the back of his hair. “You are so cute today. I could eat you, but then I’d miss you too much.” She laughed, the smile never leaving her face. “I’m curious, I might go back blonde… I’m not sure.” She mused, “What do you think?” She asked him, placing one of her hands on his leg, squeezing it slightly.
He grinned as he squeezed her waist, she watched him as he rubbed his lips together, he was always so cute when he rubbed his lips together. She listened curiously to what he had to say. She hated the fact that she should be graduating this year, but she wasn’t. After her and Ivan had split, Logan nearly dropped out of school, and as a consequence had failed her senior year. She had to resit it. It was a devastating blow not to be graduating with all of her peers and her boyfriend. She sighed deeply, “I don’t even know if it’s gonna be worth going to do my last year and resitting my finals… I mean seriously, what’s it gonna prove?” She sighed, not liking the fact that she was facing another year of school by herself. She heard him and took a deep breath, “This summer sounds like fun.” She smiled, having travelled quite a bit in the past, the thought of having a companion with her excited her. “You can take me to Italy.” She stated, having always wanted to go there, but then her heart sunk. Italy was where Ivan had lived, surely he would have some girls over there. Probably prettier than her. “You’d do that for me?” She asked, as shock ran over her, he was obviously serious. “But what would you do in New York?” She asked curiously, “I’d love to live with you… it’d be awesome, but are you sure…?” She asked kissing him, several times.
He smiled. "I like it, it's very sophisticated." He laughed. "I think I'll like it, too. I can't wait to listen to it." He shrugged. "It might be worth while to finish your senior year, but I can't make you do anything." He would like to see Logan finish, but it was completely and totally up to her to choose her destiny. He grinned. "I'd love to take you to Italy, babe." He shrugged. "I'd find work, I don't know." He smiled, kissing her. "I'd go to the moon for you, Logan." He whispered.
Logan shrugged, “Sophisticated..? Me? Well that’s a new one.” She laughed, “Well don’t get too excited babes.” She laughed, cutely. Logan tilted her head to the side the way she always did when deep in thought, “I guess I should, I think my dad would die peacefully if he knew I was graduating… then he’d be proud of me. I just wouldn’t want you to… I don’t know, put your life on hold for me I’m not really that much worth it.” She laughed, “But what sort of work? Would you not go to college?” She mused, as her hand sneeked closer up his leg.
She grinned excitedly, “Oh god! Can we go and see the sisteen chapel? Is that even in Italy?” She asked dumbly. “Well whatever, we can go to all the places.” She laughed, as she heard his coy romantic statement. “You’d really do that?” She joked, “Actually Ivan, on a serious note… I’d like us to go to the moon one day… you know on these holiday’s that’ll appear in the future. I think we should go to the moon and make a moon baby.” She laughed, suddenly feeling her face dropped. That was the first instance she had talked about having a baby since her baby had died. Maybe Ivan was ‘ the one ‘ only time could tell.
He smiled. "There's a first for everything, right babes? Anyway, I like it. And I wouldn't put college on hold. Maybe once you graduate, we can both find colleges that are close to each other. I could teach music lessons or something." He shrugged. He laughed. "A moon baby? Well, alright." He laughed once more, kissing her cheek. "When we have our own babies they're going to be beautiful. Don't you think?"
